After uncovering the existence of demons in Tokyo, the original Cyborg crew, lead by Dr. Gilmore, is pitted against Devilman, a powerful demon thought to be working with the war-profiteering terrorist organization, Black Ghost. Meanwhile, Dr. Adams, a Black Ghost scientist, unleashes his new line of high teen Cyborg models on 009 and his pals, posing a greater danger.
