Pandy and Retro wake up nude on Earth, with no memory of their history. They go on a destructive crime spree in pursuit of food, clothing, and transportation, but are apprehended and transported to the infamous lunar jail known as Dead Leaves. They swiftly realize, while imprisoned, that Dead Leaves is actually a top-secret cloning facility, inhabited by malevolent guards and disfigured genetic experiments. As they plot a jail break with the help of their fellow mutant convicts, ultra-manic mayhem and hyper-violent bedlam erupt.
