Gintarou is a fox ghost that has guarded the little Inari shrine since the Edo period. Saeki Makoto's family has the capacity to view the gods' agents, although only one surviving relative may do so at a time. Makoto received the talent as the last remaining family member after his mother died while he was still young. Despite their numerous differences, Makoto and Gintarou use the power of the fox spirit to serve the people of their neighborhood.
