Although Fukuoka appears to be a calm city at first appearance, it is really home to a bustling community of deadly characters such as assassins, detectives, and professional revenge seekers just beneath the surface. Among them is Zenji Banba, a laid-back and attentive detective who is looking into the activities of other hitmen firms in the region. However, Banba may not be the only one who has a beef with these groups, as Xianming Lin, a crossdressing male hitman employed by one of them, becomes dissatisfied with his lack of jobs and money. Lin's latest victim commits himself before the hitman can reach him one day, and his firm refuses to pay him even half of what they were initially going to give him.
