Kirari Momobami vows to change the student council as Yumeko Jabami's celebrity develops and the student council's reputation deteriorates. To that purpose, she declares an election for the country's future president. The regulations are straightforward: each pupil in the school is given one chip. By the conclusion of thirty days, whomever has the most chips is both the new president and the leader of the Momobami clan. When the Momobami branch families learn of this development, they go into action. Eleven transfer students enroll to Hyakkao Private Academy, each aspiring to be the leader of the school as well as the Momobami clan. They will race to collect as many chips as possible, but their chips aren't the only thing on the line.
