Humanity has gone to the sky and inhabited several planets around the cosmos in the distant future. To keep things in order, the Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs (GOTT) was founded. Within GOTT, a hidden unit of upgraded humans known as the ES Unit conducts covert operations to halt big galactic crimes. The poorly C-ranked Éclair and Lumière are two such operatives. Despite their low status, the couple have powerful abilities: Éclair's superhuman strength and lipstick whip, and Lumière's ability to take control of any computer. They can take on any assignment GOTT throws at them if they work together. However, as they accomplish additional tasks, the pair begins to uncover a huge plot.
