Kind and cheery Shun Matsuoka, hot-tempered Kaname Tsukahara, and the Asaba twins, kind Yuuta and indolent Yuuki, are in their second year at Homare High School. When a vibrant transfer student, Chizuru Tachibana, joins their group, the friends become engrossed in his imaginative yet difficult ideas, which end up adding excitement to their daily lives. They continue to discover more about each other and themselves as they have new interactions and experiences.
