Jing may appear to be a small child, but his extraordinary abilities make him one of the world's most feared thieves. Jing wanders from town to town with his feathery companion Kir, taking whatever of worth regardless of security. But, in a pinch, he has another trick up his sleeve: Kir links with Jing's right arm to launch the lethal "Kir Royale" strike. As a result of all of this, Jing is dubbed the "King of Bandits" by many.
