Koua is a school that brings together the most outstanding persons and pupils in Japan. The objective is to prepare talented individuals to assume the world's leadership in the future. Fujimiya Aya is sent to infiltrate this school and conduct criminal investigations while disguised as a teacher. In truth, there is a link between Koua Academy and the worldwide terrorist actions that occur on a regular basis.
