Natsuna Keyaki lost communication with her greatest internet buddy, Itsuki, after earthquakes struck the Kumamoto Prefecture. Natsuna starts on a trek from Tokyo to Kumamoto to find her, armed only with a sketch of the terrain. When Natsuna becomes lost in the disaster-stricken prefecture's rural areas, she meets a police officer and an eager middle school student called Izumi Chiba. Izumi, along with her welcoming family members, provides Natsuna with refuge and knowledge to help her in her quest. Natsuna gets closer to finding out what happened to Itsuki with the support of these nice villagers every step of the way.
