Scramble Wars combines characters from several sci-fi animes, a stage similar to "Wacky Races," highly deformed lunacy, and overall insanity. Scramble Wars features characters from the original Bubblegum Crisis, Gall Force, and Genesis Survivor Gaiarth, as well as several from other animes like as AD Police and Riding Bean. It doesn't matter if you liked or disliked any of these series; as long as you've watched at least one of them, you'll have a good time watching this, but the lunacy is so general that it doesn't really matter if you haven't seen any of the animes included in Scramble Wars.
