Takatoshi Tsuda gets called out for his unkempt attire on his first day of high school at the once all-girls Ousai Private Academy by student council president Shino Amakusa. Shino offers Takatoshi the post of vice president of the student council in exchange for apologizing for delaying Takatoshi's first class and adding that the organization needs a male point of view to accept the advent of males at the school. Despite his displeasure, Takatoshi is appointed as the newest member of the student council despite having yet to enter the school building.
