In the future in Onomichi, Hiroshima, fish will vanish from the seas all across the world, leaving only whales to survive. The Ministry of Fisheries intends to build massive experimental Universe Fish Tanks in space. The Onomichi Universe Fishery Union is formed, and training for space fisherman starts. Female fishers are in high demand as a result of the strengthening of an equal employment opportunity statute for men and women. Six fresh female space fisherman are chosen, and the plot revolves around their development.
