Fuyuzora Kogarashi possesses supernatural vision and has been possessed by spirits since he was a child. This has caused him a lot of problems, but he has finally learnt to fight back against the bad spirits! Unfortunately, he is now impoverished, homeless, and wishing for a happier, more typical high school existence. In his hunt for a place to live, he comes across Yuragi Manor, a low-cost boarding house that was formerly a popular hot springs inn. The house is so inexpensive because it is haunted by the soul of a high school student whose body was discovered there. Kogarashi does not believe this will be an issue for him, and the rest of the house's occupants appear to agree.
